About Us

Plow Man Records is a record label and label services company founded in 2020 by Patrick Mulroy and Michael Harmon, but with a long history of making and releasing music. The name generated from Patrick’s double-life as a musician & owner of a locally-successful snow removal business “Snow Way” in Cambridge, Mass. Patrick applies the hard-working lifestyle to both careers and, while his plow truck has moved on to push lighter loads, he continues to blaze a trail in the music industry with his project-management skills and songwriting talents.

Michael is a producer, writer, engineer, and multi instrumentalist who runs a successful recording studio with 10 years of history. He wears a lot of hats in the record making process, and puts his heart into what he does. Patrick and Michael are both musicians who understand the artist process but also know how to pay bills, build a spreadsheet, and get things done. Together, the two have built a music career from the ground up; what started in studio construction has cleared the path for work in national radio, festival stages, and syncs with household names.
